SRWR SERVICE PROVIDER CONTRACT

Although the current contract with Symology runs until April 2011, the Commissioner and Susiephone Ltd have set up a SRWR Tender Group which has already started work on the early development of the tender documents for the next contract.

We want to ensure that the Specification fully meets the needs of the Scottish road works community and can really help you do your job.  We are therefore seeking the views of the community regarding what you would like to see the next version of the SRWR provide.  If you have any thoughts on what does not work well, at the moment or additional functionality which could improve the service, then please forward your suggestions to enquiries@roadworksscotland.gov.uk.  All suggestions will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be reviewed by the SRWR Tender Group.

This is a real opportunity to influence what  the SRWR will be able to do for you in the future and I would encourage all users to participate.
